guys I am Manish today I am telling about fitness motivation , fitness is
necessary to our life but our daily task , lack of time and laziness are trying to escape from the fitness .

What is fitness motivation ?
Fitness
motivation is how to fight with yourself
to increase your physical ability . In the easy way – our hectic schedule and
our easiness not give us permission to move
in workout , but our physical
health and mental health is required to alert with our fitness . in this case
we should try to a new way to stand with fitness by any inspiration by any health
conscious requirement and by any internal confidence . when we wake up in the
morning we only think about social media message , our friends birthday date
and various things , but we not think about our body ,our physical structure .
Question with yourself –what is my Stamina? What is my contribution to Fitness?

positive impact in our body ?
Today
our work is so easy and we are live with so many machine in our surroundings ‘ our life is fully
comfortable to compare with our past life
‘ our routine are stable and our life is fully busy with online gadgets
and automatic machine .so we are not maintain our body system . so we should
want a some reasons to participant a movement “ fit India movement”. there are some reasons are given below-
1.
Reduce our stress – We are live in with busy schedule and our work load is so much in our mind ,
fitness motivation give you valid reason to left all the stress and pressure
and live with full energy.
2.
Self confident – When you are busy with
your physical exercise you meet a successful improvement in your self confidence.
Its increase the energy level of body
, give a motive to struggle with life.
3.
Increase the power of alertness - Life
is full of opportunities and problems if we not alert in our life we lost our
confidence our career path and our target. So we need to a powerful motivation
about fitness.
4.Decrease
the anxiety and depression – In a case study if we
are not workout ‘we will higher chance to sick and we lost our immunity
, 25 % types of decease are beginning
with anxiety and depression . the fitness is necessary to decrease anxiety and
depression
5.Feel
happy and healthy - Happy
and healthy environment , its mean we easily decrease our nation death rate and
we are easily save our future resource (medical), todays pandemic situation of
corona , is impact only for week immunity system so fitness is necessary and give a positive
impact to our body
Ways of fitness motivation –
1.
Music therapy
– music therapy means you should be trying to record a music album related to
fitness motivation and pick up your
headphone and listen your album music with exercise and running which you have achieve your fitness goal .
2.
Self actualization – self actualization is necessary of every
human because whenever you are not
understand about the benefit of fitness you can not move to fitness , you try
to release in your body to wake up and move to fitness
3.
Friend circle and team mate – we should try to a search
a friend circle who are daily engaged with exercise and yoga . we should try to
motivate our friends to spend some time with fitness and tell him about the
benefit about the fitness
4.
Participation in games ( outdoor and indoor ) – games is fun ,
entertainment , and energy booster to our life . so we should try to busy with
sports games like cricket, hockey badminton etc.
5.
Learn new moves of yoga and exercise – few people try to
exercise some day but soon he/she bored about daily routine exercise in this
case you should trying to learn new -new skills about yoga and accept daily challenges about new moves like dips
challenge , pushup challenge , running challenge .
6.
Fixed a time table of fitness movement – as we know time is
important factor of our life so we should give a enough time to fitness daily 1 hour is
enough for busiest man , example – as my time table is half hour
running , half hour physical exercise and half hour mentally exercise (yoga ,
breathing exercise )
7.
Dance therapy - dance therapy means mixture of music and
movement of hands and legs which develop a dance , trying to enjoy with fitness
activity with dance music and nature .
8.
Prepare for hard work - if you lie with your bed and think about hard
work it not work in your body , you should be try and try whenever you can
succeed in your fitness movement .
9.
Feel the natural things – our world is fill with
beautiful trees and birds try to listen a beautiful voice with your ears and
forget all the life problems and try to live with mental fit.
There are some way to motivate your
life with a slogan “ health is a Althing’ without health you are not exists in
life “
