What is negative attitude 





In a simple word negative attitude is a behavior of human being .but some time it works more dangerous . negative attitude is   a  lack of confidence, hopelessness and  despair of life . our life is maintaining  busiest schedule in this case we forget all the good moment of life . and we collect all the bad memories day by day . fear of career is the main reason to increase our negative attitude . profit and loss or win and  defeat  are the part of life but we only calculate our loss and our defeat. In this reason we are increasing our negative attitude.

How does negative attitude work? And its impact?
·      Increasing the mental pressure   - Our negative attitude affect our   psychology .we   forget our relation with relatives ,friends and peer group. our mental stress are not managed properly due to negative attitude.in this case our interest is divert and we cannot achieve goal.
·      Affect in our body – It affect our body and in that reason we   damage our immune system and decrease our life span. Fear ,anxiety ,depression  are increased and we lost our life
·      Anger and annoyance  Anger and annoyance is the main cause which we destroy our daily routine career goal, our behavior is changed and we become unsocial .
·      Lost positive attitude – life is based on some fundament principle but negative attitude attack in our feeling ,emotion and relations.
·      Impact in our career and growth – In the reason of negative attitude our target are stopped and we try to maintain stable which our academic qualification and our skill are lost .

Which technique are reduce negative attitude?
·      Change the pattern of life   life pattern is important to our life how we spend our time what things are done in the regular time . change your pattern of negative thinking by adding a new routine ,when the negative thought comes up, say ‘’ mamu mt bna ( don’t be foolish) ‘’ feel the visualization of existence , forget all the imaginary way to think bad . which we change all the negative thinking
·      Reading good books  - As we know book is not a single paper which you collect  attach and prepare , in the simple word book is the key of universe which you  be knowledgeable , correctable , and sensible  , if you want to think positive you should try to read good books
·      Physical Exercise, breathing exercise  and yoga – Our body is divide into two part mentally and physically , attain with  breathing exercise prayam , suryanamaskar, chandaranuswar, playing indoor and outdoor games in this case we divert our mind native attitude to positive attitude
·      Face the truth of loss – You, we and I are faced the opposite circumstance in our life but believe me its not valuable, its not trustable  our loss our defeat is our imagination , in the realty loss and defeat is the ranking system , we should try to brevity of  facing truth which fear and anxiety are left its attitude and you won your life .
·      Believe yourself and try to be confident  -   Don’t be ignore who am I ?  what am I do ? you have unlimited potential to any acquire goal , don’t matter how many time your effort are practiced ,matter is what are you learning ability and your success .
·      Make positive environment  - Choose right friends and peers who are supported and make positive environment for you .you should be try to give happiness to anyone .you should help anyone who are needy .in this way you make a jacket to prevent evils and negative attitude .
·      Live with nature  - World is full of various beautiful things our mountains our land our river are giving a better feeling , when you wake up in early morning you feel a beautiful energy of nature. When you walk in a forest you hear beautiful voice of our creature. That is only few example when you think about it you meet various things that make energetic life and you got positive attitude
·      Choose the right role model  - You should choose the right role model to your life because  you need to follow your target so in this case you should require a role model regarding your field, which you control your negative attitude
·      Distance maintain with bad evil and hopeless people  - If you want to succeed to remove negative attitude you should try to maintain distance with bad  evils and hopeless people because a positive surrounding is necessary
·      Recognize the skill -  Identify the skill of your life and prepare a model to  learn skill and spread positive energy  for fighting negative attitude
All the aspects are provide a better life model to achieve our personal goal and increase our ability
